John Kimball began his career as Vice President of Marketing in the family business, L. Robert Kimball & Associates, in 1965. At that time, the firm had 100 employees. Under John's leadership, the firm grew to more than 600 employees with 15 offices, working in every state. In fact, the firm was the largest architecture and engineering firm in the country.
